The Happynest journey began during my professional career, working in the community and supporting families and vulnerable people in accessing the help and support they needed. I noticed many elderly individuals seeking solutions to combat isolation but feeling apprehensive about attending groups alone. Additionally, I encountered numerous young families feeling burdened by daily tasks and unsure of where to begin. I also observed a scarcity of services capable of meeting the diverse needs of these individuals and families.
Having raised my own family while managing a demanding career, I felt I could offer something different, unique, and, most importantly, something that could significantly improve homes and the lives of those within.
